Who We Are

HER Warrior is more than a project—it’s a movement. Founded by women, veterans, and survivors, we stand for healing, empowerment, and resilience. Our mission is to walk beside women veterans and trauma survivors as they reclaim their voices, rebuild their lives, and rise stronger than before.

What We Do

Through community programs, mentorship, and advocacy, HER Warrior provides:

    Tiffany brings a deeply rooted passion for healing and service to her role as Director of H.E.R. Warrior Project. A dedicated advocate for women in service, Tiffany leads with both empathy and action—guiding participants not just toward recovery, but growth and community. Her leadership ensures every woman who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and never alone.

    Founder, That Day Collective
    Anchor, Catalyst, Storyteller

    Christina is the founder and heart of That Day Collective (TDC), the parent organization that powers the H.E.R. Warrior Project. With a background grounded in trauma-aware, Business and Military. Christina felt called to create spaces where healing could happen—starting with her own lived experiences of growing up around trauma, silence, and survival. That calling became her mission: to build safe, supportive, and empowering communities for those often overlooked.
