About This Workshop
Research shows that 67% of the population has experienced at least one Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE). These adversities are strongly linked to lifelong challenges in physical, mental, and social health.
As a society—and as individuals—we need to be better prepared to recognize, prevent, and address the impact of trauma. This interactive, multimedia workshop provides a powerful introduction to trauma and its effects. Participants will work together to build a deeper understanding of how trauma shapes lives and explore practical ways to respond with empathy and awareness.
